In conjunction with World AIDS Day, the Malaysian AIDS Foundation (MAF) and the Ministry of Health and Selangor State Health Department are having a virtual walk to raise awareness about AIDS and help raise funds for MAF!

- Follow the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO/PKPP) if you are in Malaysia
- Participants are responsible to make sure the steps are tracked and submitted into our system
- No manual submission of steps will be accepted. All steps results must come in through the third party app.

Q1 : Can I use a third party app instead?
A1 : Yes you can. You can link up BiiB with Google Fit or Apple Health from getbiib.com/me or through the app by following these simple steps:

Q3: How does BiiB collect my steps?
A3: You would need to sync your Google Fit or Apple Health app to the BiiB App.
Q4: What if I do not have the Google Fit App?
A4: You can download the app here: Google Fit App
Q5: Who is eligible to participate in this event?
A5: This event is open to everyone 18 years old and above inside of Malaysia only
Q6: I'm using Huawei, and I can't download the Google Fit App. Can I use the Huawei Health app?
A6: At the moment, the BiiB app does not support the Huawei Health app.
Q7: Can I use my other steps tracking app and submit those results?
Q7: No, you must link your BiiB App with either Google Fit or Apple Health
Q8: Do I have to log in every day to capture my steps?
A8: Once you logged into the BiiB App and successfully synced Google Fit/Apple Health, the steps should come in automatically. You do not need to sign out of the BiiB App
Q9: Will my steps before the event be counted for the event?
A9: No, only steps that is from the start of the event will be counted.
Q10: What is the referral id in the registration field
A10: The referral ID is not used for this event, you may ignore this field
Q11: When will I receive the race kit?
A11: Race kits will be distributed on 26th November 2020 by MAF for those who choose delivery options. And for those who decide to self-collect, MAF will update on the dates available. For any en/quiries, please contact HASRUL at [email protected] / +60 13-938 3871. MAF will contact the participants regarding the race kit.
Q12: What email do I use to sign into the BiiB App?
A12: Please sign into the BiiB App using the email you have registered with
Q13: If I decided not to participate, can I get a refund?
A13: NO. Participation Fee is NOT refundable under any circumstance.
Q14: What do I do if I entered the wrong information during registration?
A14: Please email us at [email protected] with the changes you want to make

Q15: Why did I not receive any welcome email from BiiB?
A15: Please check your email or spam mail folder for our email after a successful registration. Announcements and updates will be informed through email.
