TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your registration and making payment. By completing your registration, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

Organiser & Eligibility
1. COROS Anniversary Challenge 2.0 (Event) is organised by COROS Malaysia (Organiser) and is hosted by Neupulse Sdn Bhd (BiiB). The event is opened to COROS users inside of Malaysia only.
2. All minors (18 and below) must obtain consent from their parents/legal guardian to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out herein in order to participate in this Event.
How to Participate
1. The challenge/running period for this Event will start from 22nd March 2021 until 11th April 2021. Organiser’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
2. All submission of results must be submitted by 23:59 each week for the specific week’s challenge. No late submission will not be accepted.
3. Participants are allowed to complete each week’s challenge in one or an accumulation of multiple runs/cycles.
4. Participants must register their COROS warranty on the COROS website before registering for the event.
5. Participants are allowed to register into one category only.
6. Participants are responsible to ensure that their results are well tracked and synced to BiiB. If there is any issue with the syncing, manual submission can be made for each activity as a back up.
7. Participants who are in the cycling category must manually submit their cycling activity results.
8. Participant’s submission must have the required information:
  1. Distance
  2. Duration
  3. Pace
  4. Date & Time
  5. Running Route (outdoor only)
9. Participants are not allowed to make amendments on their results once it has been submitted. Participants are required to delete the wrong submission and submit their results again immediately.
10. Participants will be automatically disqualified if one of the following is identified/occurs:
  1. Unrealistic/faulty results (evidence & data will be collected).
  2. Sharing/Tag along activities are found.
  3. Failure to respond to the result enforcement officer within 24 hours.
11. Organiser/BiiB has the right to disqualify and reject any submission that is suspicious and/or incomplete and the decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
Reward Criteria
1. Participants’ entitlement/rewards will be based on the following criteria:
  1. Terms and conditions set out for the specific rewards.
  2. Completion of the requirement set for the event.
  3. Random selection among total participants.
2. Organiser reserves the right to change any winning criteria of the rewards as they see fit. Organiser’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
Rewards
1. Rewards are given out by the Organiser and are on an ”As Is” basis and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or with vouchers of other denominations, whether in part or in full.
2. Any Reward not won or unclaimed will be forfeited, it will thereafter be deemed to have lapsed unconditionally and irrevocably. Participants whose Reward has been forfeited or unclaimed are not entitled to any payment or compensation from Organiser/BiiB notwithstanding non-receipt of notification.
Delivery of Reward(s)
1. Organiser/BiiB reserves the right to appoint a third party (3rd) party vendor or service provider to handle the fulfilment or making available of the Reward and delivery of the Reward(s) to you. By providing your personal information including, but not limited to, name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and other information to Organiser/BiiB, Organiser/BiiB can use and/or disclose to such third party (3rd) party vendor or service provider for the purposes of delivery service.
2. Organiser/BiiB shall not be responsible or liable for any delays or non-successful delivery of the Reward.
3. Organiser shall not be liable for any missing courier due to incomplete/wrong/inadequate information provided by the Participants or wrongdoing/damages or lost from the courier company.
4. Delivery fee is included in the registration fee for those delivery addresses that are within Malaysia only.
Terms of Participation
1. BiiB reserves the right to check the validity of each submission at any time. Submissions failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions herein will not be accepted.
2. BiiB reserves the right to disqualify at any time any Participant suspected of fraud, or if BiiB believes that the Participant’s submission and/or result has been manipulated in any way by machines or computers.
Liability & Responsibility
1. Organiser declares by virtue of being the Organiser, they may engage services of third parties at any point of time as deemed fit.
2. Organiser/BiiB reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, Organiser/BiiB shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, Organiser/BiiB will take into account the interests of all affected Participants.
3. The completion and the submission of the online registration form confirms the Participant's agreement to abide by the relevant rules and regulations of BiiB. The Event’s registration will be confirmed via the Welcome Email which will be sent to the email address registered with BiiB. The Participant shall inform BiiB via Official Email at [email protected] if the Participant does not receive the Welcome Email or any information entered during registration is inaccurate.
4. Participant agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant. Organiser/BiiB may contact the Participant from time to time via email. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Organiser/BiiB has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Organiser/BiiB may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration.
5. There will be NO REFUND to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason it may be.
6. Organiser/BiiB will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
7. Organiser/BiiB reserves the right to change the Date, or to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case Organiser/BiiB will make an effort to inform the Participant prior to the Date. If the Event must be cancelled, there shall be NO refund of fees and Organiser/BiiB shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. Any updates on the Event including any changes will be informed. It is the responsibility of the Participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes. Organiser/BiiB shall not be liable for any loss or inconveniences caused.
8. There will be no refund of registration fees, if the Event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of Organiser/BiiB (including but not limited to haze, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism, pandemic, government’s declaration of an enhanced movement control order and/or emergency or other conditions) and which in Organiser/BiiB’s opinion, renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event.
9. BiiB reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entry without giving any reason and notice whatsoever.
10. Organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or add any Event category without giving any reasons whatsoever as well as provide prior notice to the Participant.
11. This Event is a virtual event, Participants may walk/run at their own convenience during the Event Challenge Period, anytime and anywhere. Participants shall run at their own risk and Organiser/BiiB will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death, damage or loss of property, whether personal or otherwise, suffered or caused, arising from training for, during participation, or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly advised to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the Event.
12. Organiser/BiiB reserves the right to use any information shared during submission -photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to BiiB.
Entitlements
1. All Participants will be awarded an e-certificate. The E-Certificate will be emailed to the email registered after the end of the event. This entitlement shall not apply to participants who are unable to complete the requirement set within this Event.
2. 500 pcs of limited edition T-shirts will be given away randomly based on eligible participation.
Privacy Policy
1. By participating in this Event, the Participants agree and acknowledge that BiiB collects, uses and processes and/or discloses (including third party overseas) participants’ personal information in order to conduct this Event. Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of registration is conditional on providing this information. Each Participant agrees that BiiB may, for a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making phone calls to the Participant(s).
Jurisdiction
1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and each Participant irrevocable submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
