Neupulse Sdn. Bhd. built the BiiB app as a Free app [hereinafter referred to as "the App"]. The App by Neupulse Sdn. Bhd. provides free service, at no cost and is intended to be used on an "as is" basis, subject to terms and conditions. This page is used to inform all website visitors and/or anyone who decides to use our platform/website ("Services") and the App, regarding our Privacy Policy ("Policy") with the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information. If you choose to use our Service and the App, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service and the App. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Policy. For a better experience, while using our Service and the App, we may require you to provide us with certain Personal Information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Gender and Personal characteristics (Height and Weight). When you use our Services and the App, we will collect your fitness activities data through the app, where such data may include, for example: Distance, Pace, Duration, Calories Burnt, etc. Our Services and the App will also obtain your geolocation data to map your run and perform analysis of the data to extract insights. We may also, in the future, develop and provide new services such as recommended routes, location-based information and others so as to improve your overall user experience. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Policy.
The App does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. We may receive your information such as name and email from third party applications when you choose to register and login via the other third party social media account.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13 who has provided their personal information to us, without parental and/or guardian's consent. In the case we are notified and found that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without the consent of the guardian and/or parent, and upon verification we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary.
Request to delete data
You may at any time choose to have your data deleted by requesting us to delete your account on your behalf. We will store your data until you have requested us to delete your account.
You may write in specifically to us at [email protected] to request for your account and any information collected to be deleted, to which we shall respond within 14 working days from the date of such request.
When you request for your account to be deleted, we will delete all the information which we had stored, such as your name, your email address, your address, your fitness activities and once it has been deleted, you would not be able to recover any data/information from the App/our Service.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
