All participants must be 13 years and older to participate. 

Team Category

No minimum distance to complete as a team. However, all team members must complete a minimum of 5KM in a single activity.

Individual Category

No minimum distance to complete as an individual. However, all individuals must complete a minimum of 5KM in a single activity.

Awards

The distance challenges for PBIM VR 2021 are: 

1. 5 Largest Teams – Minimum of 10 members per team
   • The 5 largest teams in terms of member size (pax) will be awarded with a trophy. Every team member must clock in a minimum of 5KM in one single activity. Each team member must be 13 years old and above. 
      
2. 10 Highest Mileage Runners - Male and Female Category
   • 10 runners of each gender, with the highest mileage within the race period will be awarded with a special achievement medal
      
3. First 10 runners to achieve 100KM, 300KM and 500KM – Male and Female Category
   • First 10 runners of each gender to clock in 100KM, 300KM and 500KM respectively, will be awarded with a special achievement medal. Repeated winners are allowed.

(Eg, a runner can win the 100KM, 300KM and 500KM simultaneously).

Rules

R1: Participants are only allowed to submit active outdoor distance tracked activities. Step Count activity/app will NOT be accepted.

R2: Participants to ensure that all activities are;

1. From an active running/walking activity. Tracking your steps/walk over the whole day is not an active activity. 

2. Synced/submitted within 48 hours of completing the activity and before the event ends 20/12/2021 (23:59 GMT +8). Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Submitted with the necessary information; Start date and time, duration, distance and route* (*for outdoor activity only).

Q1 : Do I need to submit the result daily?
A1 : Result submission is required to be done within 48 hours after the end of the activity and before event ends 20/12/2021 (23:59 GMT+8). 

Q2 : Is it limited to outdoor runs only?
A2 : Yes, only active outdoor distance tracked activities with route are allowed.

Q3 : Who is eligible to participate in this event?
A3 : This event is open to all but categories are dependent on age groups.

Q4 : How will I receive the awards? 
A4 : The awards will be sent by PBIM, please contact them for more info.

Q5 : How will I receive the merchandise?
A5 : Your merchandise will be sent by Emico, please contact them for more info.

Q6 : Will my mileage be collected before the event date count?
A6 : No, your mileage will be collected from the date and time the event starts and after you have successfully registered.
