TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your registration and making payment. By completing your registration as a Participant in the Event, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions laid out below.

Event Details
1. This is a private event and is not open to the public.
2. Only participants with a valid registration code from the organiser are allowed to register.
3. To register for the MTA Men and MTA Women, participants must attend the Jom Naik Tangga session at MBPJ. Complete the 4x of 25 Floors climb and join the 100 Floors Club 2026 membership.
4. Sessions are held every Saturday from 5:30PM to 7:00PM.
5. MTA will be present to provide guidance and assist with registration.
6. Registration without a valid code will not be accepted.
7. Participants under 13 years old may join with parental or legal guardian consent and MTA approval. Only then they will be eligible to take part and eligible for prizes and rankings
8. Age eligibility is based on 31st December 2026.
Rights of the Organiser
1. The Organiser may accept or reject entries at its discretion.
2. The Organiser may amend registration deadlines, event format, date, or venue without prior notice.
Registration and Fees
1. All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable.
2. Registration constitutes acceptance of all rules set.
3. The Organiser is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.
Slot Transfer and Race Gear
1. Slot transfers are prohibited.
2. Participants using another person's slot will be disqualified.
3. T-Shirt changes are not allowed.
Race Bib and Conduct
1. Race Bib must be worn visibly at all times.
2. Failure to compy may result in disqualification.
3. Participancst must follow the marshal's instructions and stay within the designated race routes.
Safety, Health and Liability
1. The Organiser may stop participants if deemed unfit.
2. Participation of the event is solely at the participant's own risk.
3. The Organiser, sponsors, officials and/or volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss or death that may occur during the event.
Media Usage and Communication
1. The Organiser may photograph, record, and/or film the participants for promotional purposes.
2. The registration implies the consent to receive event communications.
3. Personal data will be handled in accodance to the PDPA.
Age Verification and Protests
1. Prize winners must present valid ID within 15 minutes.
2. Protests must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes with a non-refundable RM500 fee.
Event Delay, Cancellation or Force Majeure
1. The Organiser may delay, reschedule, or cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refunds issues at organiser's discretion.
Amendments
1. The Organiser may amend rules at any time without prior notice.
2. Changes will take affect immediately upon publication.
Legal Acknowledgement
1. By registering for this Event, you hereby confirm that (1) you have fulfilled the Event requirements as stated in the T&Cs herein and you are in good health and proper physical condition to participate in the Event; (2) you are not under the influence of alcohol or any illicit or prescription drugs which would in any way impair your abilities to safely participate in the Event.
2. You understand and acknowledge that the participation in the Event may involve risks and dangers. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in the Event and that your participation in this event is at your own risk and expense.
3. You agree that (1) you have read and understood the T&Cs herein; (2) you will adhere to and comply with all the T&Cs; (3) you will not in any circumstance hold the the Organiser, BiiB and all personnel involved in organising and/or sponsoring this Event, including their representatives, staff, employees and/or contractors, responsible against any cost and expense, and liability that may arise from your participation in this Event; (4) you expressly waive all claims for any injuries, death, financial losses and invalidity to you or any of you which may be caused by any act, omission, or failure to act on the part of the Organiser, sponsors, their representatives, staff, employees, contractors during the course of the Event; (5) the Organiser and/or BiiB and/or Sponsors/Co-Sponsors for the Organiser and/or BiiB shall have your unequivocal consent to process your Personal Data as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 for the purpose of the Event and/or for other marketing purposes; and (6) you may receive marketing materials from Sponsors/Co-Sponsors, the Organiser and/or BiiB.
