Event Details

Join us for Early Autism Project’s Virtual Run for Autism 2026, happening from 2 April to 18 April 2026, held in conjunction with EAP's 20th Anniversary! Complete 20KM with us anytime, anywhere during the event period while raising awareness and support for the autism community.

The event will culminate in an Autism-Friendly Carnival and Fun Run on 18 April 2026 at Perdana Botanical Gardens, featuring inclusive activities, community engagement, and a celebratory fun run. All funds raised will go towards supporting EAP Malaysia’s non-profit arm, The Hope Project by:
 

  • Raising awareness and acceptance on autism
  • Supporting more families through subsidised autism services
  • Developing the Autism At Home app, a user friendly parent & teacher platform to help reach thousands more!

Participation

 

Goal of the Event: Complete at least 20KM individually but do not stop there! Run or walk as much as you can to continue raising awareness and support for the autism community.

 

Choice of Participation and Event Fee

Individual Category Only

  1. [PICK UP] Standard Participation - RM80
    • Includes T-shirt and E-Certificate
    • Self Pick up from office only
    • Office location: EAP Bangsar Centre (30, Jalan Keruing, Bangsar, 59100 KL)
    • Opening hours: Mondays - Fridays (8am-5pm)
       
  2. [SHIPPING] Standard Participation - RM90 (RM80 + RM10 Shipping Fee around Malaysia) 
    • Includes T-shirt and E-Certificate
    • **International shipping charges may apply

Disclaimer:

  • Open to all individual age 12 and above.
  • Participants between the age of 12 to 17 years old on the event day must receive consent and acknowledgement from their respective parents and/or legal guardian.
  • All participants must posses their own mobile device in order to sync their mileage to the BiiB app.

Rules

R1: Participants are allowed to;

  1. Sync/submit distance-based tracked activities only. Step Count activity/results will NOT be accepted. Find out more on how to sync/submit by clicking the General & Technical FAQ below. 
  2. Complete the distance within one activity or an accumulation of activities. 

 

R2: Participants to ensure that all activities are;

  1. From an active running/walking/hiking activity only. Tracking your steps/walk over the whole day is not an active activity. (Shopping and tracking are not allowed too).
  2. Synced/submitted within 72 hours after the end of the activity and before the event ends Saturday, 18 April 2026 (23:59 GMT +8). Late submissions will not be accepted.

 

⭐️ R3: Manual Submissions* must be made in accordance to the following:

  1. Consists of only outdoor activities with route or treadmill submissions with treadmill dashboard.
  2. Indoor running without route not accepted for manual submission.
  3. Submitted with the necessary information: Start date and time, duration, distance and route (running map).
  4. Treadmill submissions must include: Picture of treadmill dashboard of completed activity, distance, duration and date

*Manual Submissions not required if you have linked a third party app to BiiB and your activities are syncing properly
*BiiB reserves the right to reject any submissions deemed suspicious without providing any prior notice or reasoning.

Q1 : Who is this event open to?
A1 : Open to all individuals age 12 and above!

 

Q2 : When is the last time to submit my results?
A2 : Result submission is required to be done before event ends Saturday, 18 April 2026.

 

Q3 : Will my mileage be collected before the event date count?
A3 : No, your mileage will be collected from the date and time the event starts and after you have successfully registered.

 

Q4 : What do I do if I entered the wrong information during registration?
A4 : Please email us at [email protected] with the changes you want to make. We will get back to you as soon as possible within 3 working days, our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm GMT+8 (excluding Public Holidays).
