Roentgen Run 2026 - Terms & Conditions
1. Entry Registration
1.1. All registration must be completed via Biib platform.
1.2. Registration will be processed only upon successful payment. Participants will
receive an email once the registration has been confirmed.
1.3. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
1.4. 20% of every participant’s registration fee will be deducted and donated to our
collaborating organisation, MAKNA in support of cancer-related initiatives.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The event is open to all individuals regardless of age. Participants below 18 years
old must obtain parents or guardians consent before signing up for this event.
2.2. By registering, participants confirm they are physically fit to compete and have no
medical conditions that would endanger themselves or others.
3. Health & Safety
3.1. Participants acknowledge that participating in this event is at their own risk.
3.2. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions shall seek medical advice prior
to participation. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any illness, injury,
or accident that may occur as a result of participation in this event.
3.3. Participants are advised not to bring valuables to the event without their own
supervision such as jewelry, cameras, and electronic devices.
3.4. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal
belongings before, during, or after the event.
4. Attire
4.1. All event attire including cosplay and running gear must be age-appropriate. The
organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant wearing clothing deemed
offensive, hate, or inappropriate for a public and all-ages event.
4.2. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals, slippers, or barefoot are strictly
prohibited.
4.3. Participants are encouraged to wear the official event jersey, which will be
distributed on the date, time, and location specified in the confirmation email.
4.4. All participants must wear their assigned race bib visibly on the front of their
attire at all times during the run. Failure to wear the bib will result in no official
finish time in the certificate.
4.5. Race bibs are strictly non-transferable. Any participant found transferring or
interchanging bibs will be disqualified.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at
all times.
5.2. Any form of misconduct including verbal abuse, hate speech, harassment,
physical altercation, or any disruption will result in immediate disqualification.
5.3. Participants must comply with instructions from the organizer, volunteers, and
security personnel.
6. Route & Checkpoints
6.1. Participants must follow the designated race route and pass through all 5
checkpoints. Failure to complete the full course or missing checkpoints will result
in disqualification.
7. Certificate & Entitlements
7.1. All participants who successfully complete the race will receive an e-Certificate
of Completion. No hardcopy certificates will be issued unless otherwise stated.
7.2. Participants who fail to finish the race or are disqualified will not be entitled to a
certificate.
8. Media
8.1. By participating, participants grant the organizer the right to use photographs,
videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing
purposes without any compensation.
