To be able to join this challenge, you must register for the RUNLIGA Malaysia Challenge 2026 here and post a team photo on social media featuring the RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge logo and your team’s state before the cut off time which is 10th May 2026 23:59 (GMT +8).

You and your team will be added into the challenge on 11th May 2026 and will receive a confirmation email.

If you have joined the actual RUNLIGA Malaysia Challenge 2026, there is no extra registration needed for RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge, we will add you (your RMC 2026 registered email) into the challenge automatically if you are qualified.

Only teams with a minimum of 30 team members by 10th May 2026 23:59 (GMT +8) will be qualified to join the RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge.

R1: Participants are allowed to;

1. Sync/submit distance-based tracked activities only. Step Count activity/results will NOT be accepted. Find out more on how to sync/submit by clicking the General & Technical FAQ below. 
2. Complete the distance within one activity or an accumulation of activities. 

R2: Participants to ensure that all activities are;

1. From an active running/walking/hiking activity only. Tracking your steps/walk over the whole day is not an active activity. (Shopping and tracking are not allowed too).
2. Synced/submitted before the challenge ends Thursday, 14th May 2026 (23:59 GMT +8). Late submissions will not be accepted.

⭐️ R3: Manual Submissions* must be made in accordance to the following:

1. Consists of only outdoor activities with route or treadmill submissions with treadmill dashboard.
2. Indoor running without route not accepted for manual submission.
3. Submitted with the necessary information: Start date and time, duration, distance and route (running map).
4. Treadmill submissions must include: Picture of treadmill dashboard of completed activity, distance, duration and date

*Manual Submissions not required if you have linked a third party app to BiiB and your activities are syncing properly
*BiiB reserves the right to reject any submissions deemed suspicious without providing any prior notice or reasoning.

Q1 : When must I submit my results?
A1 : Syncing/submission is required to be done within before RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge ends Thursday, 14th May 2026 (23:59 GMT +8). Late submissions will not be accepted.

Q2 : How do I / Do I need to register for the RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge?
A2 : No, if all the criteria are met (please refer to the above section "How to qualify for the RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge"), you will be automatically added into the challenge.

Q3 : How do we qualify as a finisher for the RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge?
A3 : To be recognised as a RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge finisher, your team must complete the 200KM team target within the 48-hour challenge period and ensure all mileage is synced before the submission deadline.

Q4 : Will my mileage be collected before the event date count?
A4 : No, your mileage will be collected from the date and time the RUNLIGA Spritzer Challenge starts and before it ends.

Q5 : What do I do if I entered the wrong information during registration?
A5 : Please email us at [email protected] with the changes you want to make. We will get back to you as soon as possible within 3 working days, our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
