Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1 The Event is open to all Malaysian and international participants.
1.2 Participants under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian.
1.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.


2. Registration
2.1 Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment.
2.2 Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise determined by the Organiser.
2.3 Participants must provide accurate registration information.
2.4 The Organiser may reject incomplete or fraudulent registrations.


3. Race Categories
3.1 Participants may only compete in their registered category.
3.2 Category changes after registration closes will not be entertained.


4. Race Pack Collection
4.1 Race packs must be collected during the official collection period.
4.2 Uncollected race packs are deemed forfeited.
4.3 Authorisation may be required for third-party collection.


5. Event Rules
5.1 Official race bibs must be worn visibly throughout the Event.
5.2 Race bibs must not be altered or transferred.
5.3 Participants must follow the designated route and officials' instructions.
5.4 Cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification.
5.5 Unsafe or disruptive participants may be removed.


6. Health and Safety
6.1 Participation is at the participant's own risk.
6.2 Participants should seek medical advice if necessary.
6.3 The Organiser may stop any participant deemed medically unfit.
6.4 Medical assistance will be available.


7. Event Changes and Force Majeure
7.1 The Organiser may postpone, modify, reroute, suspend or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.2 Registration fees are generally non-refundable.


8. Liability
8.1 Participants assume all risks.
8.2 The Organiser and partners are not liable for injuries, losses or damages except where required by law.
8.3 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.


9. Photography and Media
9.1 The Organiser may photograph or record the Event.
9.2 Participants grant permission for promotional use without compensation.


10. Personal Data
10.1 Personal data will be used for Event administration.
10.2 Data may be shared with appointed service providers.
10.3 Data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.


11. Event Merchandise
11.1 Event entitlements are for registered participants only.
11.2 T-shirt sizes are subject to availability.
11.3 Requested sizes cannot be guaranteed after registration closes.


12. Refund Policy
12.1 Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
12.2 Non-attendance does not qualify for refunds.
12.3 Uncollected race packs are not refundable.


13. Acceptance of Terms
13.1 Registration indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
13.2 The Organiser may amend these Terms at any time.


14. Timing Chip and Race Timing
14.1 Official timing uses the Organiser's electronic timing chip.
14.2 Timing chips must be worn correctly.
14.3 Incorrect use may result in no official time.
14.4 Tampering or transferring chips may result in disqualification.
14.5 Lost or damaged chips may incur replacement charges.
14.6 Official timing results are final.


15. Cash Prizes
15.1 Cash prizes are awarded only for eligible categories.
15.2 Winners must present valid identification.
15.3 Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
15.4 Prizes may be revoked for rule violations.
15.5 Prize values may be revised.


16. Trophy and Medal Awards
16.1 Trophies are awarded according to published categories.
16.2 Finisher medals are awarded only to eligible finishers.
16.3 Disqualified or non-finishing participants are not entitled to awards.
16.4 Awards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.


17. Lucky Draw
17.1 Lucky draw is open only to registered participants.
17.2 Winners must be present unless otherwise announced.
17.3 Race bib and identification may be required.
17.4 Unclaimed prizes may be redrawn.
17.5 Lucky draw prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.


18. Protest and Disqualification
18.1 Protests must be submitted within 30 minutes of provisional results.
18.2 The Organiser's decision is final.
18.3 False information, bib/chip swapping, shortcuts, misconduct, unauthorized assistance or failure to follow officials' instructions may result in disqualification.


19. General Provisions
19.1 The Organiser may amend routes, schedules, cut-off times and prize structures.
19.2 Participants must comply with all safety instructions.
19.3 Event photographs and recordings may be used for publicity.
19.4 Participation constitutes agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
