The Event
The vision of the COROS VIRTUAL RUN is to establish a sustainable community focused running event, encouraging public and athletes of all levels to lead healthy lifestyles and further their personal fitness through running.
COROS VIRTUAL RUN was originally launched in 2020 to celebrate COROS first year anniversary in Malaysia. This year, COROS Malaysia is organizing its 3rd Edition Virtual Run open to both serious runners and more casual participants to measure their competence on running.
COROS VIRTUAL RUN 2022 is unlike any other virtual run. This 3rd edition run involves two main category of road running and trail running.
In this event for the trail running event, it features three levels with some good elevation's gains, ranging from 222m for beginner, 888m for intermediate and the most challenging 1,288m.

Participation
Participants will need to select a postage fee (RM 8) in the registration if you have selected Participation with Road Bundle category or purchase any additional event merchandise.

*if delivery method is not chosen during registration, participants by default will need to collect their rewards at the COROS HQ in Klang Valley after the event ends.

Rules
R1: Participants are allowed to;
- Sync/submit distance-based tracked activities only. Step Count activity will NOT be accepted. Find out more on how to sync/submit by clicking the General & Technical FAQ below.
- Complete the distance within one activity.
R2: Participants are to ensure that all activities are;
- From an active running/walking activity. Tracking your steps/walk over the whole day is not an active activity. (Shopping and tracking are not allowed too).
- Synced/submitted within 72 hours after the end of an activity and before the event ends Sunday 19/06/2022 (23:59 GMT +8). Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Submitted with the necessary information; Start date and time, duration, distance, elevation gained and route* (*for outdoor activity only).

Q1 : Do I need to sync/submit the result daily?
A1 : Results would need to be synced/submitted within 72 hours after the end of an activity and before the event ends Sunday 19/06/2022 (23:59 GMT +8).
Q2 : Who is eligible to participate in this event?
A2 : This event is open to anyone and everyone. However, shipping of entitlements is only available to local Malaysian addresses.
Q3 : Will my mileage before the event date count?
A3 : No, your mileage will be collected from the date and time the event starts, and after you have successfully registered.
Q4 : When will I receive my entitlements?
A4 : The shipping will be carried out by the Event Organiser COROS, please contact them for more information.
Note: The items will be ready in as estimation of 4-8 weeks after the event ends.
Q5 : What do I do if I entered the wrong information during registration?
A5 : Please email us at [email protected] with the changes you want to make. We will get back to you as soon as possible within 3 working days, our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
