Join us, Persatuan Minda Sihat Manjung (PMSM) in our Warrior Run 2023. We are holding this run to bring the local community closer to mental health awareness. We as an organization are aiming to spread knowledge and awareness that mental health is a vital part of health. We are aiming for the community to have both physical and mental health through this healthy event. We also hope that the local community will come to know of our existence and we hope to grow together with the society and lead a well balanced life. Lets support the ‘warriors’ who are fighting their battle in mental health issue.

Participation

Participant in the 12KM and 21KM category will have the chance to run in the Lumut Navy Base . You won't simply get the chance to enter the Navy Base , so lets grab this chance and see the base of our Nation “Warrior” in Lumut.

04.30 am   -   Gathering of 21KM participant
05.00 am   -   Flag Off (21KM)
06.30 am   -   Gathering of 12KM participant
07.00 am   -   Flag Off (12KM)
07.15 am   -   Gathering of Fun Run participant / Opening Speech and Officiation
07.30 am   -   Flag Off (5KM FunRun)
09.00 am   -   ‘Kawad Senyap’
09.30 am   -   Pop Quiz (10 questions )
09.45 am   -   Prize giving ceremony
10.15 am   -   Pop Quiz (10 questions )
11.00 am   -   End of event.
