TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your registration and making payment. By completing your registration, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

Organiser & Eligibility
1. 'Round Singapore Challenge' (Event) is organised by Neupulse Sdn Bhd (BiiB) and ELXR (Organisers) and is open to anyone inside and outside of Singapore.
2. All minors (18 and below) must obtain consent from their parents/legal guardian to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out herein in order to participate in this Event.
How to Participate
1. Registration will end 4 June 2021. Organisers’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
2. The challenge/running period for this Event will start from 25 May until 23 June 2021. Organisers’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
3. All results must be submitted/synced within 72 hours after the end of the activity and before the end of the event at 23:59 (GMT+8). Late submission will not be accepted.
4. Participants are allowed to complete the challenge in one or an accumulation of multiple activities.
5. Participants are required to submit or sync distance tracked activities only. Steps tracked activities or results are not accepted.
6. Participants must submit/sync their active running/walking activity. Passive activities or steps tracked activities such as turning on the tracking over the whole day is not accepted.
7. Participants are responsible to ensure that their results are well tracked and synced/submitted into the BiiB account registered for this event.
8. Participant’s submission must have the required information:
  1. Distance
  2. Duration
  3. Pace
  4. Date & Time
  5. Running Route (outdoor only)
9. Participants are not allowed to make amendments on their results once it has been submitted. Participants are required to delete the wrong submission and submit their results again within 72 hours.
10. Participants will be automatically disqualified if one of the following is identified/occurs:
  1. Unrealistic/faulty results (evidence & data will be collected)
  2. Sharing/Tag along activities are found
  3. Failure to respond to the result enforcement officer within 24 hours
11. Organisers have the right to disqualify and reject any submission that is suspicious and/or incomplete/incorrect and the decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
Reward Criteria
1. Participants’ entitlement/rewards will be based on the following criteria:
  1. Terms and conditions set out for each of the specific rewards and campaigns.
  2. Completion of the requirement set for both team and individual mileage.
  3. RunLiga qualifiers is only for Singaporean teams.
2. Organisers reserve the right to change any winning criteria of the rewards as they see fit. The Organiser's decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
Rewards
1. Participants are responsible for tracking their own rewards with the email sent from the respective courier service or the Organisers containing the tracking number unless arranged otherwise.
2. Rewards are given out on an ”As Is” basis and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash or with vouchers of other denominations, whether in part or in full.
3. Any Reward not won or unclaimed will be forfeited, it will thereafter be deemed to have lapsed unconditionally and irrevocably. Participants whose Reward has been forfeited or unclaimed are not entitled to any payment or compensation from Organisers notwithstanding non-receipt of notification.
Delivery of Reward(s)
1. Organisers reserves the right to appoint a third party (3rd) party vendor or service provider to handle the fulfilment or making available of the Reward and delivery of the Reward(s) to you. By providing your personal information including, but not limited to, name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address and other information to Organisers, Organisers can use and/or disclose to such third party (3rd) party vendor or service provider for the purposes of delivery service.
2. Organisers shall not be responsible or liable for any delays or non-successful delivery of the Reward.
3. Delivery fee is included in the registration fee for those delivery addresses that are within the respective shipping category and country selected.
4. Delivery of rewards to international addresses outside of Malaysia or Singapore will incur in additional cost. Participants will need to contact us at [email protected] to arrange for international shipping.
5. Organisers shall not be liable for any missing courier due to incomplete/wrong/inadequate information provided by the Participants or wrongdoing/damages or lost from the courier company.
6. Re-delivery of returned rewards is subject to additional shipping charges.
7. No more than one attempt shall be made to re-deliver the item. If re-delivery exceeds one attempt, the item will not be returned via post and will need to be collected in person.
8. Re-delivery of returned rewards will only be processed within ONE month from the returned date. Any rewards not processed/claimed within the one month will be considered as unclaimed and forfeited.
Terms of Participation
1. BiiB reserves the right to check the validity of each submission. Submissions failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions herein will not be accepted.
2. BiiB reserves the right to disqualify any submitted activity and/or Participant suspected of fraud, if BiiB believes that the Participant’s submission and/or result has been manipulated in any way by machines or computers.
Liability & Responsibility
1. Organisers declare by virtue of being the Organiser, they may engage services of third parties at any point of time as deemed fit.
2. Organisers reserve the right to modify or substitute any of these rules and regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, Organisers shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, Organisers will take into account the interests of all affected Participants.
3. The completion and the submission of the online registration form confirms the Participant's agreement to abide by the relevant rules and regulations of BiiB. The Event’s registration will be confirmed via the Welcome Email which will be sent to the email address registered with BiiB. The Participant shall inform BiiB via Official Email at [email protected] if the Participant does not receive the Welcome Email or any information entered during registration is inaccurate.
4. Participant agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant. Organisers may contact the Participant from time to time via email. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organiser shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Organisers may suspend or terminate the Participant's registration.
5. There will be NO REFUND to Participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason it may be.
6. Organisers will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
7. Organisers reserves the right to change any of the Dates, or to cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case Organisers will make an effort to inform the Participant prior to the Date. If the Event must be cancelled, there shall be NO refund of fees and Organisers shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. Any updates on the Event including any changes will be informed. It is the responsibility of the Participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes. Organisers shall not be liable for any loss or inconveniences caused.
8. There will be no refund of registration fees, if the Event is cancelled for reason of force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of Organiser’s (including but not limited to haze, storm, rain, inclement weather, wind, act of God, terrorism, pandemic, government’s declaration of an enhanced movement control order and/or emergency or other conditions) and which in Organiser’s opinion, renders it impossible or unsafe to hold the Event.
9. BiiB reserves the right to limit and/or refuse entry without giving any reason and notice whatsoever.
10. Organisers reserves the right to cancel and/or add any Event category without giving any reasons whatsoever as well as provide prior notice to the Participant.
11. This Event is a virtual event, Participants may walk/run at their own convenience during the Event Challenge Period, anytime and anywhere. Participants shall run at their own risk and Organisers will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death, damage or loss of property, whether personal or otherwise, suffered or caused, arising from training for, during participation, or after participation in the Event. Participants are strongly advised to go for a medical examination and/or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the Event.
12. Organisers reserves the right to use any information shared during registration and submission - photographs (including those of Participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to BiiB.
Entitlements
1. All Finishers will be awarded an e-certificate. The E-Certificate will be emailed to the email registered after the end of the event. This entitlement shall not apply to participants who are unable to complete the requirement set within this Event.
2. Participants from Singapore shall not be entitled to all/any of the campaigns/discounts/rewards specifically tailored and rewarded to the Malaysian participants.
3. Participants from Malaysia shall not be entitled to all/any of the campaigns/discounts/rewards specifically tailored and rewarded to the Singaporean participants.
Privacy Policy
1. By participating in this Event, the Participants agree and acknowledge that BiiB collects, uses and processes and/or discloses (including third party overseas) participants’ personal information in order to conduct this Event. Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of registration is conditional on providing this information. Each Participant agrees that BiiB may, for a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making phone calls to the Participant(s).
Jurisdiction
1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and each Participant irrevocable submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
